Our Powder Coating line, installed in Spring, 2004, was developed using state of the art equipment. The powder line enables shorter lead times and reduced cost for our customers.

An automated conveyor transports parts through a 3 stage wash system to begin the process. Second stage rinse adds a phosphate coating so that parts will pass a minimum 500 hour salt spray test.

Parts are finished by spraying in a temperature and humidity controlled room for optimal application and year-round consistency.

We also have the ability to perform batch operations, as well as, spray multiple colors simultaneously.
